  • Otto provides services to both CAA Members and non-members, with CAA Members receiving an exclusive discount on each service.

  • Quality is our mantra at Otto. Our technicians undergo rigorous training with a comprehensive "Mobile Tire Service Training" manual, ensuring top-notch tire installations prioritizing safety. We equip them with the finest machinery from Hunter Engineering, and continuous training is a staple to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service.

  • Otto is an Atlantic Canadian company, and we know weather on the east coast can be wild. Come rain or snow, Otto is committed to servicing your vehicle. In extreme weather conditions that might impact safety, we proactively reach out to reschedule appointments, ensuring your safety and convenience.

  • Life is busy - and we understand plans change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by giving us at least 24 hours notice. Please note that cancellations without adequate notice may incur a fee of $45+HST. This policy helps us maintain service quality and optimize scheduling. If you have questions, our customer service team is always here to help.

  • Otto accepts various payment methods for your convenience, including Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Debit. Learn more about our Buy Now, Pay Later option.

  • Absolutely! Otto provides a unique road hazard warranty, among the best in the industry, covering various scenarios. You'll receive all warranty details with your service receipt, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.

  • At Otto, we strive to be punctual for your convenience. Our drivers will contact you with an estimated time of arrival before your appointment. You will need to greet the technician before the service is performed, and complete payment at the end of the service.

  • Yes, Otto can perform its full range of service no matter where your car is parked in the Halifax Regional Municipality.

  • At Otto we take extra steps to ensure a perfect fit. We clean each stud to remove rust and clean both the hub and wheel mounting surfaces to prevent corrosion from affecting the fit. We also use a two-step torque process. First, we hand-torque the wheels with the vehicle just touching the ground, then we do a final torque check before fully completing the service.

    If you would like an additional torque check after 50-100km of driving, most shops offer this free of charge.

  • Yes, the technician will reset the tire sensors before completing the service as long as the set being installed has sensors.
